Anchorage House & Cottages is located in Hubbards, Nova Scotia on the beautiful South Shore Lighthouse Route. Only 35 minutes from Halifax, Peggy's Cove and Lunenburg, and only 40 minutes from the Annapolis Valley. Our property provides a beautiful setting to relax and stay. Our village like setting offers all the amenities to enjoy a night, a week or even longer. Great for family reunions or retreats, accommodating up to 70 people. Come, relax and enjoy your stay in a cottage or room in the charming 19th Century home. Accommodations include; thirteen cottages , all with fully equipped kitchens for those extended stays and one sleeping cabin. Each cottage has a private deck with BBQ, cable TV, some units have fireplace and/or whirlpool tub. The "Anchorage House" has four suites all with private bathrooms, cable TV and phones, including a king suite with 6' whirlpool tub and a queen suite with kitchenette and fireplace.
